What the video shows
The supplier demonstration shows the white window-holder model: attaching a head, dipping it in blue water, cleaning and releasing it over a bin. The proposed colour is dark grey. The edit starts at 3 seconds and removes the two-kit shots and four-panel layout. This is not an independent disinfection or environmental test. Follow the instructions.

SIMPLY
Your questions.
Our answers.
The routine, refills and details that matter before choosing.
Why switch from a conventional brush?
The main change is the routine: remove the used head after cleaning and attach a fresh one next time. Keep the handle. You no longer keep the same brush head, but refills have a cost and create waste.
What is in the starter kit?
The €49 starter kit includes one handle, one holder and 32 heads. The €59 kit + reserve adds 32 heads, giving you 64 in total. Initial shipments do not include Rinqa-branded packaging.
What if I have two toilets?
The €69 Duo includes two handles, two holders and 64 heads in total. Your second kit costs €20 instead of €49: save €29 compared with two separate kits. Shipping is free. You can add one pack of 32 refills for €10 with each kit.
Can I buy refill heads on their own?
Yes. A pack of 32 refill heads costs €19.99, around €0.62 per head. With the €49 kit, an extra pack of 32 costs €10: €59 for a total of 64 heads.
Are all blue heads compatible?
No. Choose the Rinqa round refill heads for this kit. Shapes and connectors vary between systems: a blue head from another model is not necessarily compatible.
Can the head fall off while cleaning?
Always check that the head is firmly attached before scrubbing. Do not release it inside the bowl. Detach the head only over a waste bin.
Where should I put the used head?
In a waste bin, following the instructions. Never put it in the toilet or flush it.
Can the holder go on any wall?
No. The supplier specifies suitable surfaces, including certain smooth finishes. Painted walls, wallpaper and uneven surfaces are not automatically compatible. Prepare and mount the holder according to the instructions.
Do the handle and holder still need cleaning?
Yes. Replacing the head does not make the handle or holder self-cleaning. Follow the cleaning and drying instructions.
Does it remove old limescale?
We do not promise to remove all old limescale or deposits. The proposed use is routine bowl cleaning. The final product instructions will specify its formula, suitable surfaces and limits.
Is it a disinfectant or more eco-friendly?
We make no disinfection or environmental claims without supporting evidence. The handle is kept, but disposable heads and packaging create waste. We do not promise “zero bacteria” or “zero waste”.
Are there already reviews of this model?
The review section shows 13 four- and five-star reviews, 16 authentic photos and a contributor’s video. Colour variants and free Vine products are identified. The overall rating and original links are under “About this review selection”.
Will I receive Rinqa packaging?
Initial shipments do not include a Rinqa box or branded pouches. Store images show the product without branded packaging.
When is shipping free?
Shipping is free from €49 in products after discounts, including every kit and the Duo, with or without extra refills. Below €49, refill-only orders have a €4.90 shipping charge. The total is shown before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 6 to 10 days. This is also shown at checkout. Available destinations, shipping charges and the total are displayed before you confirm your order.
