Shipping and returns
Delivery
Estimated delivery: 6 to 10 days. Available destinations are offered at checkout: French-speaking markets, the Netherlands and English-speaking markets, including the United Kingdom and United States. Your address must be in an offered destination.
Charges
Free shipping from €49 in products after discounts. Both kits therefore qualify, with or without extra refills. Below €49, shipping for refill-only orders is €4.90. An upsell accompanying a kit does not add shipping charges.
Requesting a return
Email contact@imarae.com with your order number for the return address and instructions. Do not send a parcel to an address on its label without contacting us. You can give clear notice of withdrawal without prior authorisation.
Withdrawal
For the distance purchases concerned, you have 14 days after receipt to notify withdrawal, followed by 14 days to send the goods back. Return shipping for a change of mind is at your cost. Use beyond what is needed to inspect the goods may lead to a deduction for loss of value. Legal remedies for non-conforming goods remain free.
Refunds
Refunds use the original payment method and are due no later than 14 days after withdrawal notice. They may be withheld until the goods or evidence of return are received. More protective statutory rights continue to apply.
